One way we help is considerably better than the government's Making Homes Affordable plan.
It makes a home affordable for you, specifically.
We negotiate discounts from banks who hold loans on homes, and we are able to purchase the homes at low prices, low enough to give you a fine bargain on a fine home.
Only the banks pay us.
We never accept a dime from people selling their homes to us, but we provide them with extremely important services, free to them. Their bank, the one that would otherwise foreclose, pays us to help them. How cool is that?
