Christie A. Mach.

In Bellevue, Nebraska, Christie is a new GSA Administrative Officer, focused on organizing the corporations electronically.

Christie will also develop new ways for our nationwide organization to communicate as efficiently as possible.  Projected are such things as:

o  Video/Audio conferencing between any two offices, using Internet connections.

o  Video/Audio phone connections between agents and headquarters, as well as between clients and anyone else.

o  The Electric Desk (TED)(tm), a GSA
proprietary worksaving system for all of us that automates repetitive tasks.

Christie started work in Bellevue on August 1st, 2010.

Tom Sandoval.

In San Diego, California, Tom runs our Client Touch(tm) program, which extends not just to homeowners, but also to Realtors(r), and all of the service providers who work so diligently with us.

As fanatical about GSA, as we are about Tom, he rapidly mastered short sales as well as two key systems:  Traffic Geyser(tm) and Monster Followup(tm).  The former is an important element of our electronic presence, and the latter is the cornerstone of our relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.

Tom is on the fast track to becoming a GSA instructor, who will train new Regional Managers as they join our ranks.

He will be making presentations to groups and heading our Godly counseling center.

Tom started in the Rancho Penasquitos office, June 1st, 2010.

Nora Rocha.

In Chula Vista, California, Nora is an experienced Realtor(r) specializing in Loan Modifications and Short Sales.

Nora is a highly organized and efficient person, and she is assuming the task of streamlining operations at the Hillcrest Office in San Diego.

Nora has a team of four support people who handle computer work, phone calls, mailings, transaction coordination and an amazing array of other administrative tasks.

Nora and her team started in the Hillcrest office on July 1st, 2010.

Peter F. Keating.

Want something done right?  Just let Pete know about it.  If he doesn't have the skills today, he will tomorrow.  If heneeds resources, he will get them.  He just gets it done.  He is a man of God and a GSA fanatic.

Peter's comes from the building trades, where he learned he can do almost anything, exactingly well.  He saw we needed administrative help and learned the intricacies of short sales almost solo.  He is our resident expert on the prominent banks.

Peter yearns to get out there in the trenches, contacting Realtors and home owners who sorely need our help.  So, we are locating people to do the admin work and set him free to work with people as a Regional Manager Instructor.
