PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are Good Samaritans, Inc. and Good Samaritans of America, Inc.  We take privacy extremely seriously.  We treat you as valued friends, and we watch your back. 

We secure our computers behind locked doors and our database is watched constantly for security issues.  Your most private information, such as your entire social security number, is not even on our database.  It exists in paper form in our locked files, behind a series of locked doors.

We have had zero security issues of any kind.  If we ever suspect that your information has been compromised, we will alert you immediately, but we have no expectation of ever having to do that.  Still, we remain vigilent.

We pledge never to divulge your private information to anyone, unless a court order requires us to do so, without your written request for us to do so.

In general, for us to work for you, you must request that we release certain information to your lender, to a bonded escrow company and a title company, and in some cases an attorney.  We provide a form for you to sign for that purpose.

Beyond those arenas, we will get your specific permission to release any private information.  We will not release information beyond what is necessary for us to work for you.

ANTI-SPAM STATEMENT

We don't spam, nor do we tolerate those who do, nor do we knowingly do business with those who do.  This includes Telephone Solicitation..

This means that when you or others give us your contact information, we use it only for the purposes that you give it to us.

If we believe we have something important for you to know, including a product that will help you, we will send email or call you.

You will ALWAYS have the ability to opt out of such messages, and that opt out statement will be right at the top, not in fine print at the bottom.

Opting out will be instantaneous, and will continue unless and until you happen to write us to opt back in.

On request, we will show you an innovative method for preventing nearly all spam from entering your computer.  It does not use spam filters, and it is considerably more effective than they are.  There are no false positives, and no false negatives.  Personally, a spammist gets through to our personal computers about three times a year, and then only one time, period.

We don't publicize our method, lest some spammist crack it, but we will tell you if you ask, just how it works.

We do maintain licenses for real estate in California, as well as for mortages and appraising.

If you need assistance in another state than California, we will gladly refer you to an outstanding expert in any of the other 49 states.
